What is Psychometric Testing?

This form of measurement is primarily employed to assess employment suitability, including company-organisation fit. The aim of psychometric testing is gain an accurate bearing of the candidate's cognitive abilities and personality/behavioural style.  Psychometric testing can assist a manager to make a correct hiring decision by providing a credible and unbiased basis for decision making.
