Frontier’s Senior Consultant, John Rumble, has many years of experience with private and public sector clients seeking to provide employment and training opportunities to Indigenous Australians.
Prior to joining Frontier, John worked as a senior officer in the Aboriginal Employment Branch of the Commonwealth Department of Employment Education and Training (DEET) where he helped implement the Australian Public Service Aboriginal Recruitment and Career Development Strategy.
He has provided advice and assistance to a number of APS departments on how to increase their numbers of Indigenous employees by working with managers to implement employment, career development and retention strategies for Indigenous people.
Since joining the recruitment industry over 6 years ago, John has assisted several APS agencies to recruit qualified Indigenous staff for various policy and program roles.
John also provides mentoring services to Indigenous staff and their immediate supervisors.
